About Work Well Kept
Work Well Kept is made by a real driver family in Elkhart, Indiana: Jeremy, his wife, and their son.
We started out as a local delivery company, Alspach Deliveries, a small-package and hotshot courier serving Michiana. Before that, Jeremy spent years in shipping and receiving as a shipper, receiver, lead, and manager across several warehouses. That work taught us that clear records aren’t a luxury. They’re how you get paid fairly and avoid arguments later.
Then the driving came home. Jeremy’s wife drives Amazon Flex, and like a lot of drivers, we needed a simple way to keep track of the miles, the income, and the expenses that come with the work.
So we built the tool we needed: a simple place to log miles from the odometer, record income and expenses, snap receipts, keep up with maintenance, and see where the money actually went.
What we care about
- Simple. Keeping your records shouldn’t feel like a second job.
- Clear. You should be able to see your numbers and know what they mean. Estimates are labeled as estimates.
- Your data is yours. We don’t sell it, and you can export it anytime.
- Fair pricing. There’s a free plan, Pro is low-cost, and you can cancel online anytime.
